There are no plans now. or <br />In the future, to ever have this area separated off from the mam and second floors of our <br />home for non-family activities c to use it as rental property We understand that this <br />cannot be converted into a non rental, guest apartment unless fhe required conditional <br />use permit is applied for. as stated in Section 10 20.
