Owner/app 1 icant is hereby advised that at the time arn <br />application for building permit is submitted to the City, the <br />Orono staff shall evaluate the proposed improvement and uses of <br />the property per standards adopted by the Metropolitan Waste <br />Control Commission in the determination of the Service <br />Availability Charges to be collected with the issuance or a <br />building permit for the new construction. <br />6. Authorities granted by this variance run with the property <br />not with the applicant, but are permissive only ard must be <br />exercised by application for a building permit within one year of <br />the date of Council approval, or this variance will exp..re on <br />that date (October 22, 1991). <br />7. Violation of or non-compliance with any of the terms and <br />conditions of this variance shall constitute a violation of the <br />zoning code, shall automatically terminate any authority granted <br />herein, and shall be punishable as a misdemeanor. <br />8.
