The September <br />12th meeting minutes were read. The action taken at that time <br />mas to not install a dock for the summer of 1991 at Sandy Beach <br />and to close the Beach at 7;00 p.m. John Gerhardson reported <br />that no swimming lessons had been given at the Sandy Beach area <br />by either School District for the last three years. <br />The following residents spoke concerning the Sandy Beach <br />problems s <br />Mr. « Mrs. Richard Nelson, 3908 Cherry Avenue <br />The Nelsons live right next to the Sandy Beach Swim <br />area and spoke of the continuing problems of <br />Mid Abusive behavior by t^ns th# BmcH <br />area. This is not a single incident circumstance but a <br />problem which has existed over several years. They do <br />not want to cose the Beach but have requested dock <br />removal and an early closing time to allow them to <br />enjoy their property. <br />Mr. Bruce Feldman, 3898 Cherry Avenue <br />Mr. Feldman reiterated his position by reading his <br />letter to Mr. Gerhardson.
