Both were concernad about the project being <br />handled in a financial manner that is fair to the residents of <br />Orono. <br />/abbour asked, "Has Staff conclucad then that the cost to <br />the residents for the 1931 sewer prcject, if Woodhill had been <br />included, would have been the same, or more, than the connection <br />fees we are waiving?" <br />Bernhardson replied, "That is my opinion. Additionally, <br />there is the aspect of maintaining the line, which the City is <br />not undertaking at this point.
