She suggested that <br />at the same time, language should be published specifically <br />•^Ating what topics will not be discussed. <br />X'Sherokee Use suggested that the article in the paper <br />provide information telling people what they cm do to get a <br />specific topic included on the agenda. <br />•« ^ <br />'0r[ <br />i-t: <br />Jabbour stated that the City must do something to inform <br />first time Orono residents of what they can and cannot do with <br />their property. <br />Sara Moos suggested that the City attempt to invite area <br />realtors to the meeting when the agenda includes topLts such as <br />hardcover, that would be beneficial for them to know when selling <br />property in Orono. <br />0i:" . <br />W;Council agreed with Moos. <br />Mayor Peterson asked council if the Tnwn Meeting should be <br />scheduled later than April 6th. <br />in. <br />With regard to Staff members that should be present at these <br />meeting*f Butler suggested that all staff members exposed to the <br />public should attend. <br />mm'Bernhardson stated that he would bring this issue back for <br />Council’s consideration at their March 25, 1991 meeting. <br />^V-v. <br />(fl2>JOINT COUNCIL • PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING <br />Butler stated that she did not object to the idea of such <br />rVr^"v;t. <br />facility, not public.
