Table for further discussion. <br />2. Direct staff to develop other alternatives. <br />Recommendation - <br />It is recommended that following the public hearing. Council <br />direct staff regarding continuation of the project. If Council <br />desires to continue the project, it is recommended that they <br />direct staff to take bids for the project establishing an <br />assessment hearing for the January 28, 1991 Council meeting.
