Determine if Council wants to order the project, <br />after the appeal period. <br />Issue #4 - Financing - To the extent that the Council desires to <br />fund some or all of this through an assessment or other means of <br />financing such as an ad valorum utility district these should be <br />established prior to: <br />A. Undertaking the project or <br />B. The financing relating to any special assessment. <br />It would be appropriate if either of the other avenues are used <br />that the Council direct the Attorney to develop a process for <br />establishing such district in relationship to this project goins> <br />forward. <br />ALTERNATIVES - <br />1. Hold a public hearing. <br />2. Close a public hearing. <br />3. Continue the public hearing. <br />Issue #2 and #3 - Continuation of Project <br />1. Table. <br />2.
