Strategic Issue Development Memo Dated 1/2/91 <br />ISSUE “ Determination by Council of a strategic plan for 1991. <br />INTRODUCTION - At the Council's December 3, 1990 budget meeting <br />it was determined that the strategic planning for 1991 be delayed <br />until the full Council is available. <br />DISCUSSION - Attachment A represents a draft outline for the <br />various Issues for 1991 based on a review of the issues with <br />various Councilmembers. <br />ALTERNATIVES - <br />1. :opt. <br />2. Amend and adopt. <br />3. Table until March 11, 1991. <br /># <br />4. Take no action. <br />RECOMMENDATION - It is recommended that the plan being presented <br />at this meeting be tabled for Council’s further consideration at <br />the March 11, 1991 meeting after any comments have been made at <br />this meeting including presenting any changes in priorities, <br />timelines or issues liited. <br />PROPOSED MOTION - Moved by _, seconded by _, that Council after <br />having made comments and expressed ideas related to the proposal <br />table it until March 11, 1991.
