Ihe Planning <br />Contdssion, witnin sixty (60) days after any suc.i plat nas been <br />referred to it by the Village Council, sxiail act on tne sane and <br />snail ma)ce its recxiiinencations with respect thereto. Such recor- <br />menuations may oonsist of: <br />(a) reoannendation t.hat tne Village Council approve sucn plat; cr <br />(b) reocnnendation that tne Village Council disapprove suc.h plat, <br />in whicli case such reccimeiviation shall include a staterent <br />of tne specific reasons for such reocnnendation; or <br />(c) reocnnendation that the Village Council approve such plat <br />after specified changes or revisions are made therein, <br />which reocmiendations may include the oondituon that a <br />revised plat, containing such changes or revisions, oe <br />subndtted to the Planning Conmission, in which case sucn <br />revised plat shall be so subndtted to the Planning Con- <br />Ttdssion for its further oonsideration and reccntnendations <br />before action thereon by the Village Council. <br />- 3 - <br />12/10/81
