Downey said that the deck was added at the same time the <br />0«taoe was constructed. It was his understanding that the deck <br />was covered under the permit for the garage. <br />Nabusth said that the 1982 resolution approved 45% hardcover <br />for the garage addition. <br />Kelley said that Mr. Downey is in violation of that <br />resolution. <br />Mr. Do%mey said that he did not understand staff's hardcover <br />calculations of the house. <br />|[03,2.ey said that a review of the existing hardcover should <br />be done before this proceeds any further. <br />Nabusth asked the Planning Commission to provide direction <br />for Nr.
