This fee represents S2.000 to prepare the design work and $800 for <br />meetings and community reviews. <br />The design work would include the following: <br />B. <br />C. <br />Site plan providing the property size and building location. <br />Floor plans illustrating the building layout for City Hail. Pciice and public meeting soaces. <br />An exterior image sketch showing how the design would fit into the neighborhood. <br />This work would represent, not a final design for the site, but an illustration of how a design can be <br />uniquely prepared for the City Hall site. It would include one revision. The work would be done <br />within a two week period after your approval of our propos<u. <br />Tills work would provide a spec.olc iiiustraticn of how the City Hail .needs cculd be uniquely applied <br />to the old City Hall site as a specific opportunity to further assess the potential of this site. <br />On bei^f of Boarman.
