(It should <br />be remembered that if the Public Works goes ahead of the City <br />Hall facility there may be implications as to cost savings of <br />bidding both at t.he same time and impact the cost for bonding if <br />the whole thing goes at the same time. It additionally brings <br />into play the question of a referendum on all the facilities or <br />if the Council desires to fund one and have a referendum on the <br />other.) <br />#4. Alternate designs - Once the Council has given the architect <br />feedback, it would be helpful that he go with alternative designs <br />for the neighborhood if a split site is to be pursued or if <br />a questionaire is desired. <br />#5.
