It pays about <br />$40,000 in taxes a year to the City. <br />Commercial/Institutional Sewer Hookups - As has been <br />done in the past commercial or institutional entities <br />that have been near projects have been included, such as <br />the marinas and the Art Center with just residential <br />property in a 2 acre zone being excluded. <br />Should the Country Club be able to hook into Metro Waste <br />the City would loose any operational contribution to <br />this. <br />ALTERNATIVES - <br />1. Accept the information. <br />2. Indicate any further issues. <br />3. Give staff direction as to further proceeding on this matter. . <br />4. Indicate direction they desire in dealing with precedence. <br />5. Determine direction for use of the charges. <br />RECOMMENDATION - It is recommended that the Council direct the <br />City ^aff work with Woohill for finalizing the proposal program <br />for connection of the Club House into the City of Orono*s lines. <br />IROPOSED MOTION - Moved by seconded by Council directs <br />staff to work with Woodhill Country Club having given conceptual <br />approval to allow the connection proposed either at ___ or ____. <br />Ayes , Nays
