Mabusth, Building & Zoning Administrator <br />Date:November 9, 1990 <br />Subject: #1497 Toberman Management, 1960 Shoreline Drive - <br />Conditional Use Permit/Variance - Denial Resolution <br />The enclosed denial resolution has been reviewed by the City <br />Attorney, Suesan Pace-Shapiro, and all requested amendments and <br />additions have been completed. Unfortunately, because of the <br />Zoning Administrator's two-week leave and the difficulty of <br />transferring the final editing responsibilities to another staff <br />member, the final draft was completed and mailed to applicant and <br />applicant's attorney Friday, November 9th. Staff would recommend <br />that all formal action on the resolution be tabled until <br />Council's November 26, 1990 meeting providing Council, the <br />applicant and applicant's legal representative adequate time to <br />ask any questions or make any corrections of the factual findings <br />within the subject resolution. <br />5-- <br />Proposed Motion: Moved by seconded by to table formal <br />action on the denial resolution for application #1497 until the <br />November 26, 1990 meeting.
