Bernhardson, City Administrator> <br />February 28, 1991 <br />7^*' jQa. ^ <br />SDBJKT: City Communication - Cable TV Representative Report <br />►-r <br />ISSUE * Determine process Council desires to have the primary <br />cable TV representative Tim Pattrin report. <br />DISCUSSION - Tim Pattrin was appointed and did attend the <br />FaErtMry~T5, 1991 Cable commission meeting. Given that the City <br />has two primaries, a specific normal report by him may not always <br />be appropriate. Given that the Commission itself only meets four <br />times a year these may be fairly sporatic and can be handled on <br />an as request basis for the agenda. <br />ALTERNATIVES - <br />1. Establish a method: <br />a. ) Regular report <br />b. ) Upon request of the representative <br />2. Table for further discussion. <br />RECOMMENDATION -* It is recommended that given the frequency of <br />the meetings and the fact that there are two primaries and an <br />alternate two of whom are Counci Imembers it may be appropriate <br />that reports from the meetings or issues that may come up be <br />handled as an item on the agenda at the request of one of these <br />representatives. <br />PROPOSED MOTION - Moved by _, seconded by _, Council direct how <br />they want to handle •-eports from the Cable TV Representative. <br />Ayes , Nays
