The City shall not accept <br />renewal license applications received after March 1 unless <br />the application is accompanied by a late fee of $25.00. <br />REVIEW PROCEDURE <br />When a complete application is received, the application <br />will be reviewed by the City Council and, in the case of new <br />or unusual applications, also by the Planning Commission and <br />Marina Committee. The Council will pass upon the • <br />application after complete review. <br />THE SUBJECT DOCK MAY BE INSTALLED AND/OR OPENED FOR USE ONLY <br />UPON APPROVAL OF THE LICENSE BY THE CITY COUNCIL. <br />Pursuant to Section 5.42 of the Orono Municipal Code, the <br />applicant hereby requests the Orono City Council to review <br />this Joint Use Dock License Application, and agrees and <br />authorizes the City of Orono and the City's employees and <br />agents to enter upon the property at any reasonable time to <br />perform safety and code compliance inspections. <br />Signed Dated i * <br />Page 5 of 5 <br />• '* ■ I • <br />4
