EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR <br />May 30, 1990 <br />Minnetonka Power Squadron <br />Subj: 1990 Multiple Dock and Mooring Area License <br />The Lake Minnetonka Conservation District Board of Directors <br />has approved your multiple dock license for the 1990 season. <br />The license with stipulations is enclosed. Any change win <br />requlrB b new license. <br />We are also pleased to confirm approval of your application for <br />a temporary dock extension. The details of your dock extension <br />approval are as presented on the approved site plan, enclosed. <br />Considerations which went into your temporary dock extension <br />are: <br />1. The extension is temporary for the low water period during <br />which the Lake level is below 928.0' and declared by the <br />LMCD Board. <br />2. Temporary extensions must be renewed annually. <br />3.Th.r. »u.t b. no navigation hazard to your temporary dock <br />extension.
