The City sha 11 not accept <br />renewal license applications received after March 1 unless <br />the application is accompanied by a late fee of $25.00. <br />REVIEW PROCEDURE <br />When a complete application is received, the application <br />will be reviewed by the City Council and, in the case of new <br />or unusual applications, also by the Planning Commission and <br />Marina Committee.
