Any change will <br />require a new license* <br />We are also pleased to confirm approval of your application for <br />a temporary dock extension. The details of your dock extension <br />approval are as presented on the approved site plan, enclosed. <br />Considerations which went into your temporary dock extension <br />are< <br />The extension is temporary for the low water period during <br />which the Lake level is below 928.0' and declared by the <br />LMCD Board. <br />2. Temporary extensions must be renewed annually. <br />3.There must be no navigation hazard to your temporary dock <br />extension. The Water Patrol will serve to assure this con <br />dition is maintained. <br />4.
