We have the following <br /> comments with regards to engineering matters; <br /> • The proposed slopes exceed the maximum allowable slope of 3:1 to the north of the proposed <br /> house. The grading should be revised in this area such that slopes do not exceed 3:1. <br /> • The two foot contours provided by the City are not reliable enough to accurately develop site <br /> grading plans, The City requires that surveys show actual elevations and contours as shot in the <br /> field. The plans should clearly state the source of the existing contours.
