We are unable to complete this review <br /> because the following information needs to be added to the survey: <br /> 1. Existing drainage and utility easements <br /> 2. The wetland, the wetland buffer (16.5'), and the buffer setback (20'). (I have <br /> been told the delineation is about complete.) <br /> 3. The elevation of the first (main) floor of the house and the garage. <br /> 4. Complete topographic information for 50 feet into adjoining properties. <br /> 5. Top and bottom elevations for the retaining walls. <br /> The survey has not been sent to the City Engineer for review of the grading plan. He <br /> usually will not approve grading within 5' of the lot line unless it is to create a swale. <br /> Please submit three copies of the revised survey. I also need a one copy of the survey <br /> showing only the existing house, the existing grades and the proposed house. <br />
