Average lakeshore setback variance. <br />3. Hardcover variance. <br />As noted in the memo of January 14th# the proposal results <br />in a hardcover reduction in the 0*75* zone from the existing 36% <br />down to 31.7%. Hardcover in the 75-250* zone remains at <br />approximately 38%. <br />Flawing Oowission Race dation <br />At their January 23nd Meting# Planning Commission voted 3 <br />in favor# 2 against# 1 abstention for approval of the proposal as <br />ravisad. (Applicant's original proposal had been rejected by <br />Flanaiag Commission in Hovestber).
