r <br />To satisfy the national objectives in a manner consistent with local <br />priorities, the Urban Hennepin County program is directed toward the <br />use of funds for housing rehabilitation, public facilities, neighborhood <br />revitalization, assisted housing, removal of architectural barriers and <br />public services <br />in 1 ’t.-nnepin County CDBG Program has demonstrated that a <br />grc ^ rather diverse communities can effectively cooperate to <br />ma.''irnize assistance provided by the federal government and <br />accomplish common objectives. Each year the Urban County plans, <br />programs and executes numerous activities to achieve program <br />objectives.
