Bernhardson, City Administrator <br />February 20, 1991 <br />SOBJBCT: Administrator's Information <br />PUBLIC/PRIVATE ROADS - As a result of the article noted in <br />Attachisent A the city has received four or five calls from <br />individuals re9arding private roads* It was indicated to persons <br />representing a couple of the homeowners associations that they <br />may desire to submit letters regarding their opinions on private <br />roads. Should the City receive any such letters they will be <br />forwarded to Council. <br />COMMOMITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM - As noted in <br />Xftaclu5tntTrTli«*”5ounty^ reviewed the"projects funded by CDBG <br />over the past 11 years of its existence. Of specific note was <br />monies used from CDBG to defray the cost of qualifying <br />individuals for sewer assessments and sewer connections. <br />PROSBCDTIOH/COURT FINES - The total for prosecutions for the City <br />of Orono for 1990 totaled approximately $100,000 with court fines <br />at $97,000.
