The building and grounds are <br />located in the City of Tonka Bay and behind NSP on County Road <br />19, Attached for your information is a proposal from the listing <br />ragardlng that property. The proposal has been verbally <br />adjusted to a one year length of lease# all other items remain <br />the same. It is also our understanding that the use is approved <br />as per the zoning of Tonka Bay.
