Present for further Council consideration and comment the <br />issues end factors related to one site for all facilites (common) <br />versus split sites. <br />2. Present to Council an update on a questionaire for residents <br />of the "Crystal Bay Area* and determination if and if so where <br />that questionaire should be sent. <br />3. Provide further information on options for storage of certain <br />Public Works facilities on an interim basis. <br />4. Establish a meeting date and scope of action for upcoming <br />workshop on the matter. <br />IHTEODUCTION - At the Council's February 11, 1991 meeting the <br />following issue on facilities were discussed: <br />1. The issues related to a common site versus split site <br />for all facilities. <br />2. Request that a questionaire/survey for the Crystal <br />Bay neighborhood. <br />3. Discussion as far as a date for a workshop was tabled <br />to the February 28, 1991 Council meeting. <br />OISCaSSION - <br />1. Common versus split site - Attachment B was a draft <br />summary of theIssues related to the site. To date <br />staff has received no correction or additions. The <br />underlined portions represent changes staff has made <br />since then. <br />2.Weichborhood questionaire - Attachment C is a proposal <br />iTifor a questionaire to be sent to the neighborhood. The
