Are there any other issues or concerns with this application? <br /> <br />Planning Staff Recommendation <br />The applicant is requesting re-approval of the deck portion of the project approved in 2021. <br />They have forgone the 2nd story addition at this time. The current deck plans are consistent with <br />the approvals granted via Resolution 7214 (attached as Exhibit G). Staff recommends approval <br />of the variances. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />17
