That is an option available to him." Chairman Kelley asked how long a vacation process would take to complete. Mabusth replied, "If it is Mr. Bloomquist's wish to pursue the vacation, it would be possible for the Public Hearing to be held at the January Planning Commission meeting." Johnson said, “In my opinion, the vacation ot Kelly Avenue is required if the Super Valu ey'ansion is to occur." Bellows, Moos, Hanson and Cohen concurred with Johnson. Chairman Kelley said, "There i.' ii.j.tional information t.hat we need in addition to the vacation. We need to see the elevations, sketch plans on screening and retaining walls, and the design for the retention pond. It will be necessary to consider what impact on drai.nage there may be if Kelly Avenue is vacated." There were no comments from the public and the Public Bearing was closed.
