We have calculated the effect of two 24 hour <br />100 year storms on this site and the receiving sub-basir. <br />The calculations show that the maximum flood elevation would be 940 The <br />added runoff volume resulting from new roof and hardstand will be ^600 cubic <br />feet. The proposed grading in the lower portion of the site will provide 8400 <br />cubic feet below the 940 contour for flood storage. <br />The plan has also been amended to show details of silt fence, inlet protection <br />and catch basins. <br />occasionally happens along Kelly Avenue.
