It serves as a retaining wall, a screening wall and a guard rail. <br />The wall does not have any Impact on drainage and Is not a hazard. Rather It <br />serves as a visual screening wall from Kelly Avenue, a wall which will abate <br />any noise created during delivery of product on this side of the store, and a <br />guard rail to keep people away from the grade change. It has been designed to <br />siROOth the transition of this side of the building from the back to the front <br />of the building by using two elevations of wall height. <br />Please see attached drawings
