The applicant and applicant's representatives have been <br />advised that the new addition and existing building shall be <br />served with an approved fire suppression system per Appendix <br />B of the Uniform Building Code. <br />5. Authorities granted by this resolution run with the <br />property not with the applicants but are permissive only and <br />must be exercised by application for a building permit <br />within one year of the date of Council approval* or this <br />variance will expir.s on that date (February 11* 1992). <br />6.
