Adopt proposed resolution Attachment A declaring a vacancy in <br />the office of CounciImember. <br />2. Selection of an individual to serve as a CounciImember to fill <br />the unexpired two year term on Council. <br />3. Adopt proposed resolution Attachment C appointing person to <br />fill Council vacancy. <br />INTRODUCTION - The Council held interviews of the following <br />persons at the Council meeting January 28, 1991: <br />Tim Pattrin <br />Nilliam Renney <br />Nlllard Shull <br />Mary Butler <br />Robert Minkema <br />Charlie Kelley <br />It had been indicated that Mr. Hollander and Mr. Kramer had <br />withdrawn their names from consideration prior to the meeting. <br />To the extent that the Council does make an appointment at the <br />February 11» 1991 Council meeting and to the extent that person <br />is in attendance Dorothy Rallin, City Clerk could be available <br />for swearing in should that be desired. <br />ALTERNATIVES <br />1. Select an individual. <br />2.
