Planning Commission members may consider some of <br />the following findings: <br />A. There is no <br />residential sites. <br />other access to the proposed <br />B. The wetlands is classified as a Type 6/7 wetlands <br />and contains no standing water. <br />C. The encroachment is deemed minimal by both the <br />Minnehaha Creek Watershed District and the Corp of Army <br />Engineers. <br />D. The alteration of the wetlands will not involve the <br />construction of ditching^ but flowage will be allowed <br />to fan out over the grass-land area. <br />E. The applicants have provided additional retention <br />trea to mitigate the filling of the wetlands. <br />Approval is subject to the following conditions: <br />1. Construction of road cannot begin until applicants* <br />representatives have provided a national permit from the <br />Corp of Engineers and the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District <br />permit. <br />2. Engineering plans for road to be amended to include 3* <br />shoulders on either side. Fire chief to approve amended <br />road plans. <br />3. Applicant to maintain erosion control throughout the <br />entire project until ground cover is restored. Approval is <br />based on the amendment of plans by Roger A. Anderson per <br />recommendation of City Engineer# dated January 3» 1991 and <br />entitled "Preliminary Plan - Drainage# Driveway and Erosion <br />Control# Fairway Hills Addition",
