Our plans for the proposed subdivision have <br />been provided for your consideration. The plans for subdividing <br />this 6+ acre property into two lots have been drawn based upon <br />comment from the Orono Planning Commission and City staff. <br />Based upon the engineer's report, we respectfully request city <br />water and sewer to Lot 2 and, if possible, to Lot 1. <br />It is our intention that the property adjacent to the course and <br />the homes beginning with John Powers residence be maintained by <br />WCC and to allow these homeowners to access the golf course <br />across our property. <br />Should you have any questions, please contact me at 861-8607. <br />Sincerely, <br />Kenneth R.
