Box 66 <br />Crystal Bay, Minnesota 55323 <br />Dear Mr. Oaffron: <br />Re: Variance Application No. 1605 <br />Boclosed you will find revised plans elevations and hard cover <br />calculations for the proposed addition to the residence of Dr. Richard <br />Lindstrem at 1065 West Pemdale Road in the City of Orono. <br />Thera are several changes to the proposed addtion based on coiments <br />at the Nevenber 19, 1990 meeting of the Planning Comniasion. He are <br />proposing an addition to the north of the existing house on the e.xisting <br />driveMay. This addition will have a two level garage with living <br />guarters above. It is proposed that the existing east driveway will be <br />laHered to provide access to the l-stall garage at the basonent level of <br />the existing house. The west driveway will romin isichanged and provide <br />access to the 2-stall garage at the first level of the existing house. <br />The proposed second story addition to the existing house has also <br />been reconfigured. The projecting dedc has been removed. The proposed <br />â– emnd story dedc is over the existing structure and is narrower than <br />the previously proposed deck. The intent of this proposal is to step <br />the proposed second story addition back to minimize the visual <br />encroadmnt sited in your report of Novenber 15th, 1990. <br />The pool and patio are proposed on existing hard cover in the 75*- <br />250* zone. <br />It is also proposed that all plastic sheeting underlaying <br />landsc^ed areas on ths site be r«icved.
