With a B-3 zoning <br />the setback required is 60 feet. The major part of jur expanded building to <br />the west is still 30 feet from the property line, in-s distance should be <br />very adequate and not obtrusive to the commercial development to the west and <br />other adjacent properties. The only portion of the addition which gets closer <br />than 36 feet to the property line is the receiving area appendage which <br />accommodates a delivery door and compactor. This area, for a short distance <br />of 12 feet, parallel to the lot line, is 10 feet from the property line. <br />Also, it is our understanding, that according to the Navarre portion of <br />Orono's comprehensive plan, this is where additioncl retail sales development <br />should be placed. <br />Please see attached drawing.
