Motion, Ayes-z, Nays-0, <br />Motion passed. <br />City Administrator Bernhardson explained the facts involved <br />with this renewal variance and added tiiat the applicant ha <br />submitted a building permit application. <br />Councilmember Goetten stated that she was not aware that the <br />applicant had already submitted an application for the building <br />- 16 -
