TO 7:53 P.M. <br />The Affidavit of Publication and Certificate of Mailing were <br />duly noted. <br />Mr. Hardin was present for this public hearing. <br />zoning Administrator Mabusth briefly explained the purpose <br />of this application. <br />Mr. Hardin said that he needs the space and the addition <br />would make the building more efficient. <br />Kelley asked Mr. Hardin to explain his hardship for the <br />variance. <br />Mr. Hardin said that he has a number of collector cars that <br />require inside storage. <br />Kelley asked Mr. Hardin whether he would consider tearing <br />down the shed? <br />Mr. Hardin said that removing the shed would <br />purpose of his application. He said he has more room in the shed <br />than he would gain by the proposed addition. <br />Bellows asked what the notation "garage new position" shown <br />on the survey meant? <br />was moved to the rear of the property. <br />There were no comments from the public regarding this matter <br />and the public hearing was closed. <br />It was moved by Planning Commissioner Brown, ®®con^ed by <br />Planning Commissioner Cohen, to recommend denial of <br />#1489. Motion, Ayes-5, Nays-O, Motion passed.
