Shapiro, <br />As noted in our letter of December 11, 1990, the City of <br />Orono appointed Mr. David Use as a board member. Mr. Use <br />together with Mrs. LaDean McHlliams represent Orono*s two primary <br />appointments to your Board. <br />At an Orono Council meeting on January 14, 1991 it was <br />Indicated that there is another individual from Orono on the <br />Board beside Mrs. McWilliams and Mr. Use. To the extend that <br />this individual is on the Board based on an appointment other <br />than from the City of Orono, we are most appreciative of the <br />substantial Orono repr<;sentation.
