Motion passed. <br />CANINE PROGRAM REVIEW* <br />It was moved by Callahan, seconded by Goetten, to accept the <br />information presented by Chief Kilbo regarding the Canint- Program <br />activity for 1990. Motion passed. <br />MONITORING WELL - NAVARRE PARKING LOT* <br />It was moved by Callahan, seconded by Goetten, to approve <br />the placing of a monitoring well or wells in the* Navarre Parking <br />Lot on City property, and to authorize tne City Administrator to <br />sign the agreement between the City of Oror.o and Dani and <br />Associates, contingent upon their reimbursement to the City for <br />the legal fees incurred up to but not exceeding $1,077.40. <br />Motion, Ayes-4, Nays-0.
