The first 6 <br />months of this option expires on 2/26/91 and that the City would <br />need to renew by paying an additional $3,000 for another 6 months <br />to extend that option. <br />It should be noted that according to the terms of the <br />option that this additional $3,000 (as is the initial $3,000) <br />would be put towards the purchase price. <br />ALTERNATIVES - <br />1. To extend the option. <br />2. Determine not to extend the option. <br />RBO t NDATION - <br />It is recommended at this time that the option be extended <br />for another 6 months to give the Council further opportunity to <br />deal with all the issues related to the facilities. <br />PROPOSED MOTION; Moved by seconded by that Council <br />direct staff to extend the option for the property on Highway 12 <br />in accordance with the terms of the agreement dated August 30, <br />1990.
