HeailleY City Qf MOltllLLeld/ <br />227 Minn. 438, 35 N.W.2d 606. 608 (1949). The platting <br />requirement is also regulated by statute which provides: <br />Plata of land may be maile in accordance <br />tfith the provisions of this chapter, and/ <br />when so made and recorded, every donation <br />to the public or any person or corporation <br />noted thereon, shall operate to convey the <br />£•• of all land so donated, for Ote uses <br />end purposes named or Intended, with the <br />same effect, upon the donor and the <br />donor's heirs, and in favor of the donee, <br />as though such land were conveyed by <br />warranty deed. <br />Minn.
