Mabusth, Building & Zoning AdministratoifAW 1 4 l$$l <br />OF ORONOJanuary 8, 1991 <br />#1334 Rebers Construction - Sugar Woods Plat - <br />Proposed Amendment to PRD - Resolution <br />At the special meeting of the Planning Commission on December <br />27th, Members in attendance amended the original staff resolution <br />presented for both Council and Planning Commission consideration at <br />earlier meetings. The full Planning Commission was once again <br />given the opportunity to review the amended resolution. The City <br />received no additional comments from the Planning Commission. The <br />enclosed resolution is presented for Council's final action. <br />Staff h^s also enclosed the special information packet <br />prepared for all builders within the Sugar Woods Planned <br />Residential Development. The handout information ha.; also been <br />amended to include the new abbreviated review procedure for ail <br />builders who cannot meet the special standards for development <br />within the subdivision. Staff would appreciate any cogents from <br />the Council on the format and content of the information packet. <br />The developer and developer's consultants will also be asked for <br />their opinions.
