Motion passed. <br />#1603 IRWIN JACOBS, 1700 SHORELINE DRIVE <br />VARIANCE <br />RESOLUTION #2907 <br />Mr. Jim Jensen, Mr. Jacobs' contractor, was present. <br />Bernhardson summarized the information provided in Jeanne <br />Mabusth's memos dated November 15, and December 4, 1990. He <br />stated that the Planning Commission had based their approval on <br />the condition that the two parcels owned by Mr. Jacobs be <br />combined. <br />Mr, Jensen stated that Mr. Jacobs has agreed to combine the <br />two parcels, and to remove the greenhouse in the event the parcel <br />is ever subdivided. <br />It was moved by Mayor Grabek, seconded by Peterson, to adopt <br />Resolution #2907, granting a Variance to allow more than one <br />oversized accessory structure on one parcel, and a Variance to <br />allowed total area for accessory structures. Motion, Ayes-4, <br />Nays-O. Notion passed. <br />CITY BWSINBBR'S REPORT: <br />PAY REQUEST #2, PUMPHOUSE #3 <br />It was m-oved by Mayor Grabek, S:?conded by Peterson, to <br />approve Pay Request #2, to Richmar Construction, in the amount of <br />$24,295.30 for work done to Pumphouse #3.
