Jacob Holdings of Bohns Point LLC ("Jacob Holdings") is the <br /> fee owner of Lot 1, Block 1, Beth and Bridget, and Adam T. LaFavre and Kathy LaFavre are the <br /> purchaser under Contract for Deed with Jacob Holdings (as seller) dated October 8, 2004 for said <br /> property. We understand you have been provided with a revised lot line rearrangement survey <br /> (from William Cornelius) which properly depicts the 5 foot drainage and utility easements you <br /> require on each side of the revised lot line. We enclose for your reference a copy of the survey <br /> (an 11"x 17" sized copy). Consequently, we hereby request that you administratively approve <br /> the subdivision as shown on said survey.
