Wayzata bills Orono based on a quarterly usage of 25,000 <br />gallons. Charge is based on the metered rates and 25,000 gallons. <br />Each sewer and each water unit adjustment charge shall be equal to the current Service Availability Charge established by the Metropolitan Council <br />Wastewater Services or its successor and shall be payable to the City of Orono upon application for a building permit. <br />47
