Last meeting 19 March 2024 <br />A.Organizational Initiatives <br />(1)IT Services management function. <br />Draft JD’s Complete: IT manager and IT Technician <br />Funding analysis complete. Funding available through IT Fund starting in July 2024. <br />(2)Communications position. <br />Finalizing Draft JD: Communication Coordinator <br />Funding analysis started- need 2023 fund audit to be completed to ID fund transfer <br />amounts available in 2024. <br />(3)Natural Resources Planner/Manager <br />CDD still assessing need and scope of this proposed position change. <br />B.Recruiting and retention <br />(1)Police Recruiting Grant Participation- Awarded-PD working through applications. <br />C.HR Operations and Services <br />(1) Implementing Police scheduling system and integration with city payroll system <br />(2) Reviewing onboarding and training tracking systems. <br />2. New Business. <br />A.Organizational Initiatives. Continuation of above. <br />B.HR Operations and Services <br />(1) Work Place Cultural assessment- <br />Staff has been meeting with and soliciting quotes for consultants for a Cultural <br />assessment. <br />Assessment will focus on administrative departments, Public Works and Parks. <br />We are looking a using a phased approach with phase one being an assessment and <br />report and subsequent phases for any action items that come out of the report. <br />3.
