After <br />meeting with Orono Planning commission on April 15th and receiving preliminary <br />approval, we submitted the plans to our engineer. We learned that the first floor walls <br />would need to be 10” block plus 6” energy wall and this increase of width had significant <br />impact on the interior dimensions.
