The work included extensive landscaping and <br /> entrance gates. The gate issue was resolved with The City but a permit has not been issued for <br /> the work. The City needs the improvements shown on a survey with hardcover calculations to <br /> detennine if the project is within allowed setbacks and hardcover limits. Please submit the <br /> survey and hardcover caiculations before iviay 15, 2006. ti review will be completed and if <br /> found in compliance a permit can be issued and the matter can be closed.
