The attached sketch on a copy of your approved site plan indicates the apparent <br /> areas of excess hardcover. I am also attaching the hardcover worksheets submitted with your <br /> building permit for reference. <br /> Due to the shape of the driveway areas which make calculation of the hardcover difficult,you must <br /> provide an as-built survey of the 250-500'zone in order to verify the extent of the overage. You will <br /> be required to remove any excess hardcover over the 30% limit.
